N.Y. Vehicle & Traffic Law § 547: Period of validity of escort certificates

§ 547. Period of validity of escort certificates. An escort

certificate shall be valid: (a) for a New York state licensee from its

date of issuance until the expiration of such person's driver's license,

and (b) for non-residents, a four year period from its date of issuance.
