N.Y. Village Law § 11-1102: Resolution for establishment of water works

§ 11-1102 Resolution for establishment of water works. The board of

trustees of any village may by resolution determine upon the

establishment of a system of water works for supplying the village and

its inhabitants with water, or for the acquisition of an existing

private system, at an expense in either case not exceeding the sum

stated in the resolution.
