N.Y. Village Law § 11-1116: Rules, regulations, and local laws

§ 11-1116 Rules, regulations, and local laws. The board of water

commissioners may adopt rules, regulations and local laws not

inconsistent with law, for enforcing the collection of water rents and

relating to the use of the water, and may enforce observance thereof by

cutting off the supply of water.
