N.Y. Village Law § 12-1208: Establishment of light rents

§ 12-1208 Establishment of light rents. The board of light

commissioners shall establish a scale of rents for the use of light, to

be called "light rents" and to be paid at such times and in such manner

as the board may prescribe.
