Article 17. Provisions Applicable to a Village Embracing the Entire Territory of a Town

§ 17-1724 Taxation and assessment. In every such village all property

shall be assessed for taxation for state, county, town, village and

district purposes, in the manner provided by the laws applicable to the

county in which such village may be situated.
