N.Y. Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law § 46: Appeals

§ 46. Appeals. The provisions of section twenty-three of the workmen's

compensation law shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this

chapter except that reimbursement following modification or rescission

upon appeal shall be paid from administration expenses as provided by

section sixty of this chapter.
