N.Y. Workers' Compensation Law § 145: Oaths of office

§ 145. Oaths of office. The members of the board and the secretary

shall, before entering upon the duties of their office, take and

subscribe the constitutional oath of office. Such oaths shall be filed

in the office of the department of state.
