N.Y. Workers' Compensation Law § 224: Appeals

§ 224. Appeals. All the provisions of section twenty-three of this

chapter with respect to decisions of the board and appeals from such

decisions shall be applicable to decisions of the board regarding

disability benefits and to appeals from such decisions regarding

disability benefits as fully in all respects as if the provisions of

section twenty-three of this chapter were fully set forth in this

article except that reimbursement for disability benefits, if required,

following modification or rescission upon appeal shall be paid from

administrative expenses as provided in section two hundred twenty-eight

of this article.
