N.Y. Workers' Compensation Law § 321: Reinsurance

§ 321. Reinsurance. Funds credited to the special fund for the

purposes of this article may be used to effect insurance or reinsurance

with the war damage corporation or with any other authority or

instrumentality, public or private, or otherwise to distribute the

liability for compensation payable to civil defense volunteers.
