Definitions. As used in this section, the term “LinkNYC kiosk” means a public communications structure, on which advertising is permitted pursuant to a franchise agreement with the city.

b. The commissioner of citywide administrative services shall conduct an advertising campaign to promote civil service examinations throughout the city. Such campaign shall include promotion through social media; agency websites; online advertising; and advertising on television, radio, public transportation, or LinkNYC kiosks.
