N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 15-232: § 15-232 Limitations on power of commissioner to designate administrative code provisions which may be enforced by the environmental control board.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the commissioner may not designate the following provisions of the administrative code for enforcement by the environmental control board:

(1) Section 15-208

(2) Section 15-125

(3) Subdivision a of section 15-126

(4) Section 15-214

(5) Paragraph one of subdivision b of section 15-127

(6) Subdivision c of section 15-127
