N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 16-522: § 16-522 Investigation of customer complaints.

The commission shall by rule establish a procedure for the investigation and resolution of complaints by commercial establishments regarding overcharging and other problems relating to the collection, removal or disposal of waste. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the provisions of this section and any rules promulgated pursuant thereto shall not apply with regard to the collection, removal or disposal of commercial waste in commercial waste zones established pursuant to title 16-B.
