N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 20-1603: § 20-1603 Security guard minimum paid time off required.

Beginning January 1, 2028, a covered security guard employer shall provide a covered security guard with paid time off benefits that meet or exceed the paid time off benefits required for private sector security guards engaged on New York city public building service contracts in excess of $1,500.
