N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 20-861: § 20-861 Reservations.

A motor vehicle rental business that reserves vehicles for consumers shall conspicuously display a sign or notice on its business premises that informs consumers of their rights pertaining to such reservations. The commissioner shall establish the rights pertaining to such reservations, and the form and content of such sign or notice, by rule.
