N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 21-204.1: § 21-204.1 Inspections for social adult day cares and senior centers; reporting.

a. The department shall provide the department of health and mental hygiene a list of all social adult day cares registered with the department and a list of all senior centers in the city on an annual basis and update the department of health and mental hygiene monthly of any changes to either list.

b. The department shall make available on its website information about the inspections of senior centers and social adult day cares conducted by the department of health and mental hygiene pursuant to subdivision b of section 17-1506.
