a. Where, following an ACS child protective investigation, a report against a parent or person legally responsible for the child is indicated, ACS shall provide to the parent or person legally responsible for the child written information regarding the process for requesting a fair hearing to challenge such indication, which begins at the state level with an administrative review, pursuant to section 422 of the social services law.

b. Such information will be provided in the designated citywide languages, as defined in section 23-1101.
