N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 21-939: § 21-939 Effect on other laws.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the authority of the city to sponsor, conduct, or participate in the operation of research and demonstration projects approved by the office of temporary and disability assistance pursuant to section 300.11 of title 18 of the New York codes, rules and regulations, provided that for each such research and demonstration project that meets the definition of a pilot program in section 21-932, the agency sponsoring, conducting, or participating in such project shall comply with section 21-936.
