N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 28-216.2: § 28-216.2 Record and notice of unsafe building, structure, or premises.

The department shall cause a report to be filed on an unsafe building, structure or premises. The report shall describe the nature of the occupancy of the structure and the nature of the unsafe condition and be made a record of the department.
