Chapter 3: Maintenance of Buildings

In addition to the requirements set forth in chapter 33 of the New York city building code, the responsibility for maintaining and repairing retaining walls, partition fences and other site structures shall be in accordance with sections 28-305.1.1, 28-305.1.2 and 28-305.4.
