N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 28-308.6: § 28-308.6 Notification by the department of finance.

The department of finance shall notify the owner of the requirements of this article three years prior to the calendar year in which the covered building's energy efficiency report is due and in the calendar year prior to the calendar year in which such report is due.
