Chapter 4: Licensing and Registration of Businesses, Trades and Occupations Engaged in Building Work

An applicant who has satisfied all requirements for a master electrician’s license shall obtain a license and seal issued upon establishing a master electrician business conforming to the requirements of this article and rules promulgated by the department.
