Chapter 4: Licensing and Registration of Businesses, Trades and Occupations Engaged in Building Work

Upon the death or the retirement of a licensed special electrician, or upon the surrender, revocation, or suspension of their license, such license and seal shall immediately be surrendered to the commissioner.
