N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 362.12: Section 362.12

Section 362.12 – Add New Items (9) and (10) to the list of items in Section 362.12 to read as follows:

(9) In ducts, plenums and other air handling spaces.

(10) For use as risers in any structure exceeding 3 floors above grade.
