1007.1 Compliance with Chapter 7.

Buildings or portions thereof subject to a change of occupancy as described in Section 1001.3 shall be subject to Chapter 7.

1007.2. Structural condition assessment.

Buildings or portions thereof subject to a change of occupancy shall require an initial structural condition assessment per Section 704.2.2. Where the change of occupancy includes a structural alteration, a detailed structural condition assessment per Section 704.3 is also required.
