108.1 Payment of fees.
A permit, inspection, or other service or privilege as regulated in this code shall not be valid until the fees prescribed by Article 112 of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code or in rules have been paid, nor shall a renewal of a permit or other service or privilege or an amendment to a permit be released until the fee has been paid.
