119.1 General.

All existing buildings, structures and open uses shall comply with the retroactive requirements of the provisions of Article 315 of the Administrative Code, including all previously enacted retroactive requirements of the 1968 Building Code, as applicable. The department shall provide a list of such provisions on its website.
