1303.1 Acceptance.

For alterations, additions, and changes of occupancy to existing buildings that are evaluated in accordance with this chapter as permitted by Section 301.1.4, compliance with this chapter shall be reviewed and accepted by the department.

1303.1.1 Compliance with other codes.

Buildings that are evaluated in accordance with this chapter shall comply with the New York City Construction Codes as applicable.
