3601.1 Scope.

This section shall govern the design, installation, operation and maintenance of marinas mooring or storing more than five marine vessels or watercraft 65 feet (19812 mm) or less in length.

3601.2 General.

Marinas shall be designed, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 303 and this section.
