A04.1 Fees for administrative services.

Fees for administrative services shall be as follows:

1. Transcripts and special reports (per transcript or special report) (per premises)

2. Replacement of lost permit or certificate

3. Application for modification of certificate (except certificate of approval)

4. Violation dismissal notice (per violation)

5. Application for modification

6. Removal and storage of contraband material (per article, device or equipment reclaimed)

7. Payment returned for insufficient funds (per item)

8. Vacate order processing (upon dismissal for compliance)

$525.00

9. Document management for fire alarm system, emergency alarm system, auxiliary radio communication system or fire extinguishing system application and for any other application not requiring a work permit from the Department of Buildings (per application)

$165.00

10. Certification of corrected defects in fire alarm system installations (per certification)

Certification of defects with or without documentation
