A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the exclusion from entire net income for general corporation tax purposes of refunds or credits of state franchise taxes which were not deductible in a prior year

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately, and shall apply to all taxable years commencing on and after January first, nineteen hundred seventy-eight.
