A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to fees for permits, certificates, tests and inspection services provided pursuant to the fire prevention code, and the definition of compressor

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 6. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (4) and (5) of subdivision t of Section 27-4027 of the Code as Amended by this Local Law fees for site inspections for the use of explosive and inspections magazines in connection with projects under contracts or bids prior to July 1, 1987 shall be $55.00 per hour.

§ 7. This local law shall take effect July first, nineteen hundred eighty-seven.
