A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing annual license fees for wholesale and retail cigarette dealers under the cigarette tax imposed by chapter thirteen of title eleven thereof, and making certain technical corrections thereto

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall apply to cigarette licenses issued or renewed on or after February first, nineteen hundred eighty-eight.
