A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the amount charged to owners for sidewalk reconstruction

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall apply to amounts stated in notices of account mailed by the city collector pursuant to subdivision i of section 19-152 of the administrative code on or after such effective date.
