A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to penalties and taxicab owner liability for violations of chapter five of title nineteen thereof and enforcement by the Taxi and Limousine Commission

§ 4. This local law shall take effect on the ninetieth day after its enactment into law and apply to any violations occurring on or after such date.
