A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing care, assistance and shelter to homeless families

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 2. By June 30, 1992, the mayor shall submit a report to the council analyzing whether it is feasible for the city to use the shelters located at 39 Auburn Place (Brooklyn) and 78 Catherine Street (Manhattan) for the homeless or any other population other than homeless families with children and homeless couples in which the woman is pregnant.

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately.
