A Local Law to amend the Administrative Code of the City of New York in relation to requiring certain vendors of city procurement contracts to comply with the MacBride Principles
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 2. This local law shall take effect ninety days after it shall have been enacted into law, and shall apply to solicitations for goods, services or construction issued on and after such effective date.
