A Local Law in relation to the provision of a retirement incentive for certain employees of the City of New York

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Subject to the provisions of Chapter 178 of the Laws of 1991, the retirement incentive authorized by such act is made available to employees of the City of New York who meet the criteria set forth in such act. The open period, as defined in paragraph n of section 1 of such act, shall commence on August 3, 1991 and end on November 1, 1991.

§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
