A Local Law in relation to a plaza name, Joel Samuels Plaza, Borough of Brooklyn

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. The following plaza name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated.

a piece of land located on the south side of Brighton Beach Avenue opposite the intersection of Brighton 11th Street and Brighton Beach Avenue
