A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the City of New York, in relation to the use of compressed natural gas as a fuel for motor vehicles

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 3. Nothing in this local law shall affect the rules of the department setting standards for the conversion of motor vehicles using compressed natural gas as a fuel for generating motive power. Such rules shall remain in full force and effect unless and until amended or repealed by the department in accordance with the provisions of the city administrative procedure act.

§ 4. This local law shall take effect 30 days after it shall be enacted into law.
