A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to authorizing a real property tax exemption for persons with disabilities whose incomes are limited due to such disabilities.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall apply to assessment rolls prepared on the basis of a taxable status date occurring on or after January 1, 1999.
