A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to a sunset provision of legislation on family day care.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Section 3 of local law number 45 for the year 1992, as last amended by local law number 45 for the year 1997, is amended to read as follows:

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and expire [June 30, 1998] February 1, 1999.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately, provided, however, that if this local law is enacted subsequent to June 30, 1998, it shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on such date.
