A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to a sunset provision of legislation on family day care.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Section 3 of local law number 45 for the year 1992, as last amended by local law number 12 for the year 1999, is amended to read as follows:

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and expire on [June 30] October 15, 1999.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately, provided, however, that if this local law is enacted subsequent to June 30, 1999, it shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on June 30, 1999.
