A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Malcolm Car Service, Inc. also known as Malcolm Car Svc. Inc for the renewal of a license to operate a base station in the borough of Manhattan.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Malcolm Car Service, Inc. also known as Malcolm Car Svc Inc for the renewal of a license to operate a base station at 2548 Eighth Avenue in the borough of Manhattan is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
