A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Ivoire Car Service Inc. also known as Ivoire Car Service Inc for a license to operate a new base station in the borough of Manhattan.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Ivoire Car Service Inc. also known as Ivoire Car Service Inc for a license to operate a new base station at 95 East 116th Street in the borough of Manhattan is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
