A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by 3 Brothers Car Service Inc. for a license to operate a new base station in the borough of Brooklyn.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by 3 Brothers Car Service Inc. also known as 3 Brothers Car Service, 3 Brothers Car Service Inc and 3 Brothers Car Service, Inc for a license to operate a new base station at 316 Ralph Avenue in the borough of Brooklyn is hereby approved.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
