A Local Law in relation to a street name, Gershwin Way, Borough of Manhattan and the repeal of local law number 77 for the year 1999.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Local Law number 77 for the year 1999 is hereby REPEALED.

Section 2. The following street name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated.

Present Name

Limits

Gershwin Way

West 50th Street

between 8th Avenue and Broadway

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately.
