A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the inclusion of Gold Star Parents for purposes of eligibility for the alternative exemption for veterans from real property taxation in accordance with section four hundred fifty-eight-a of the real property tax law.

§ 2. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall apply to assessment rolls prepared on the basis of taxable status dates occurring on or after January 1, 2001.
