A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, the New York city plumbing code, the New York city building code, the New York city mechanical code and the New York city fuel gas code, in relation to technical corrections, clarifications and modifications to provisions of the New York city construction codes

§ 371. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of section 5 of local law number 126 for the year 2021, the amendments to section 28-110.1 of the administrative code of the city of New York made by section 1 of part A of local law number 126 for the year 2021 and the amendments to chapter 33 of the New York city building code made by sections 32 through 50 of part C of local law number 126 for the year 2021 do not apply to work for which a site safety plan was filed on or before November 6, 2022.

§ 372. This local law takes effect immediately, except that section three hundred and seventy-one of this local law is retroactive to and deemed to have been in effect as of November 7, 2022.
