A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a commission to review the salaries of elected officials in New York City and make recommendations regarding those salaries

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 2. The commission convened in the year 2026 pursuant to this local law shall make recommendations on what the compensation levels for the mayor, public advocate, comptroller, borough presidents, council members, and district attorneys for the 5 counties within the city should be as of January 1, 2026.

§ 3. This local law takes effect immediately.
