415.1 Approval.

Laundry trays shall conform to ASME A112.19.1/CSA B45.2, ASME A112.19.2/CSA B45.1, ASME A119.19.3/CSA B45.4 or CSA B45.5/IAPMO Z124.

415.2 Waste outlet.

Each compartment of a laundry tray shall be provided with a waste outlet not less than 1 1/2 inches (38 mm) in diameter and a strainer or crossbar to restrict the clear opening of the waste outlet.
